WHAT IS THE 1938 GIVING SOCIETY?
Animal Rescue Rhode Island (ARRI) established The 1938 Giving Society to recognize and honor donors who make an annual gift of $1,500 or more to support its services and programs.
The 1938 Giving Society is named for the year that ARRI was established as an organization dedicated to helping homeless animals in Southern Rhode Island and area communities.
The Society reflects the humanitarian and selfless values of those who founded the shelter.
THE 1938 GIVING SOCIETY CIRCLE OF LEADERS
The 1938 Giving Society donors are compassionate leaders for the humane welfare of animals who bring about positive change. ARRI recognizes those who want to make a measurable impact on meeting current and future needs for the pets at ARRI.
As a member of The 1938 Giving Society, you join with others to protect and provide for our animals, and play an active role in ensuring the organization’s future. Together we will realize ARRI’s vision to be a role model rescue organization focused on achieving compassionate and responsible care for all companion animals.
For ARRI to remain strong, it requires the continued generosity of community members who can truly make a difference through significant financial gifts.
Members will receive personal communications, e-newsletters, and invitations to ARRI celebrations including ARRI’s premiere event, the bi-annual FurBall.
WHAT IS THE CRITERIA FOR THE 1938 GIVING SOCIETY?
A gift of $1,500 or more given cumulatively in a calendar year. The gift may be remitted either in full or by payments made on a pledge of $1,500 or more.
The gift may be from an individual, corporation, foundation or organization.
WHAT ARE THE LEVELS OF GIVING FOR THE 1938 GIVING SOCIETY?
The Founder’s Circle $7,500 and above
Best Friends Circle $6,000 – $7,499
Heart for Paws $4,500 – $5,999
Love of Pets Circle $3,000 – $4,499
The 1938 Circle $1,500 – $2,999
